Anesidora Headless Guitars — Return, Cancellation, and Warranty Policy

At Anesidora Headless Guitars, each instrument is custom-built to order based on your unique specifications. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1️⃣ Final Sale on Custom Orders

All Anesidora guitars are hand-crafted to your chosen specifications. As such:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
  • Custom instruments are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit (see below).

2️⃣ Shipping Damage & Manufacturing Defects

If your guitar arrives damaged during shipping or exhibits a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the packaging, guitar, and a description of the issue.

If we determine that damage or a defect has occurred, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the instrument at no cost to you,
  • Replace the instrument, or
  • Authorize a return for a full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Shipping damage claims are subject to the carrier’s insurance terms.

3️⃣ Warranty — 1 Year

Anesidora Headless Guitars warrants its instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. fret wear, finish aging)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
  • Environmental damage (humidity, temperature, exposure to chemicals or moisture)
  • Cosmetic variations (e.g. natural wood grain patterns, finish characteristics)
  • Subjective preferences regarding tone or appearance

4️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Anesidora’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined above. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of our instruments.

5️⃣ Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

6️⃣ Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return, Cancellation, and Warranty Policy.
